The apartment type B-3, with capacity to accommodate up to 3 people, has views of the golf course of Sitges and the sea. It differs from the upper apartment (type B-6) in that, instead of having a completely closed room, it is composed of a room "semi-open" (that is, separated from the living-dining room by a closet instead of by a wall), also with double bed.

This apartment also has a living-dining room with a single sofa-bed, a kitchenette (integrated in the living-dining room), a complete bathroom (with bathtub) and a large balcony-terrace with table and chairs.
